Implementation Consultant (Hungary)

This is a technical role and has a career path to become a Senior Implementation Engineer or Solutions Architect in the long term (dependent on performance and dedication).

Role & Responsibilities

As an Implementation Consultant, you will support the execution of marketing activities by partnering with our clients and a cross-functional team of experts as part of the Technical Services team. You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns and programs including Email, SMS, Push and Web.


  • Support clients' technical needs on leading Marketing Automation Platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Oracle Responsys, Bloomreach and more
  • Configuration and implementation of CDP tools such as Tealium and MParticle
  • Configuration of tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium
  • Build analytics dashboards within target platforms
  • Work closely with other technical team members. Configure and build marketing automation tool components based on specifications provided by an Architect or senior solutions engineer.
  • Work closely with Project Management teams to deliver per the schedule and on time.
  • Peer review and QA other team members builds
  • Perform functional testing of implementations to confirm accuracy
  • Willingness to continually learn new solutions and advance technical skills




  • Must be able to speak and write in fluent English
  • A background in implementation of SaaS software
  • Knowledge of web technologies and internet environments including email software, ecommerce, web analytics, APIs and application service providers
  • Understanding and proficiency in manipulation of data i.e. SQL, Databases, etc.
  • Proficiency in HTML and Adobe Creative suite (preferred)
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices (preferred)
  • A background in marketing or computer science (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Committed to excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and challenges to propose appropriate resolutions
  • Ability to perform under pressure working on multiple projects and meet deadlines while demonstrating enthusiasm and integrity towards colleagues and clients
  • Strong written and communication skills, including confidence liaising between colleagues and client teams as well as presenting
  • Ability to forge strong and trusted relationships with tenacity, integrity, and a sense of humour
